These terms explain WorldFixt's current behavior in plain language.
By creating an account or using WorldFixt, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.
WorldFixt is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If local law requires a higher age for digital services, that higher age applies.
WorldFixt is an entertainment and information app for football fixtures, teams, squads, predictions, scores and rankings. Match, squad, lineup and result data may be updated, corrected or delayed depending on the data source.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for providing accurate account details, including your display name and selected country. Your country is used for country-based rankings and match-time preferences.
Prediction features are for entertainment. Lineup and score predictions may lock before kickoff. Points are calculated after match data is available and may be corrected if the underlying result or lineup data changes. Rankings do not create a cash prize, reward or entitlement unless WorldFixt clearly announces one in writing.
Do not attempt to manipulate predictions, rankings, accounts, APIs, or app behavior. WorldFixt may remove abusive activity, correct points, suspend access, or delete fraudulent data where needed to keep the game fair.
The Guess hub (lineup predictions, score predictions and leaderboards) is unlocked by a one-time 'WC 2026 Tournament Pass' in-app purchase. The pass is offered as an Apple consumable in-app purchase and is tied to the WorldFixt account that bought it; switching to a different WorldFixt account on the same Apple ID will NOT re-unlock the same pass, and 'Restore Purchase' will not transfer the pass to a new WorldFixt account. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or another payment provider shown at purchase time. Store rules, pricing and refund terms govern each purchase.
WorldFixt predictions are for entertainment, ranking and game-play purposes only. WorldFixt is not a betting, gambling, wagering, fantasy sports cash-prize, or financial service.
WorldFixt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, national football associations, teams, broadcasters, or players. Names, marks and related references belong to their respective owners.
Player images in WorldFixt may use original, stylized, faceless caricature artwork for entertainment and identification within the app. These illustrations are not official portraits, do not imply player approval, and should not include protected team badges, sponsor marks, or other third-party logos unless WorldFixt has permission to use them.
You may not scrape, reverse engineer, abuse APIs, bypass prediction locks, manipulate rankings, create fraudulent accounts, interfere with app security, or use WorldFixt content commercially without permission.
WorldFixt is provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for incorrect schedules, data delays, missed notifications, unavailable services, point corrections, or indirect losses. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not limited by these terms.
